WDBOS Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the wdbos website accessible via wdbos.vu and the official wdbos mobile app for Android and iOS.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a wdbos account and accepted these terms.
• "Service" refers to all forms of online entertainment offered by wdbos, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, Slots, and e-sports.
• "Account" refers to the user profile registered on the wdbos platform, containing personal information, balance, and transaction history.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of cash or bonus credits available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the mandatory identity verification process that wdbos members must complete before their first withdrawal is processed.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use the wdbos platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. wdbos actively conducts age verification and reserves the right to request written proof at any time.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits the use of online betting services of this nature.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any wdbos employee or contractor.
• Hold only one (1) active account on the wdbos platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

Wdbos reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of a national ID, passport, or other statutory documents to verify member eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their wdbos account. This includes all bets placed, transactions made, and any account settings changes, regardless of whether those actions were carried out by the member or by a third party who gained access to the account.

• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Use the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided by wdbos for added account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Notify wdbos immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Wdbos shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

A wdbos account is for the personal use of the registered member only. Transferring, selling, or allowing third-party use of an account — with or without payment — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

Wdbos supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact wdbos customer support.
• Wdbos does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your financial service provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the wdbos platform and may not be transferred to other users.
• Wdbos reserves the right to restrict the deposit methods available to specific accounts based on internal risk assessment.

5. Fund Withdrawals

Members may request a fund withdrawal at any time, provided all of the following conditions have been fully met:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed and the account is in good active standing.
• There are no active bonuses still undergoing rollover in your account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set for the selected withdrawal method.
• Your first withdrawal request must be sent to the same bank account used as your deposit source.

• Bonuses are only valid within the specified period. Bonuses that expire without meeting the rollover requirements will be forfeited without compensation.

7. Betting Rules

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the wdbos system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of verified technical errors.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a game, wdbos will settle the bet based on the actual outcome recorded in the system.
• Wdbos uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a third-party body for all casino games to ensure the fairness of every game outcome.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wdbos platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure, balance freezing, and legal proceedings:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical bugs for unauthorized gain.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one wdbos account — including using the identity of a family member or another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the wdbos platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim new member bonuses, or colluding with other users to fraudulently fulfil rollover requirements.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or attempting to extort other members or wdbos staff through any communication channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, wdbos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes that did not favour the member.
• Service disruptions arising from system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond wdbos's control.
• Data loss or device damage occurring during use of the wdbos platform.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers such as payment providers or game providers.

Wdbos is committed to providing a stable and uninterrupted service, but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be entirely free from disruptions or technical errors. In such circumstances, wdbos will take corrective action as quickly as possible.

10. Account Closure

There are two types of account closure on the wdbos platform — voluntary closure by the member and enforced closure by wdbos.

Voluntary Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting wdbos customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to your original payment method upon completion of final identity verification.

Enforced Closure: wdbos reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected.
• Information provided during registration or KYC was found to be false or misleading.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

In the event of an enforced closure, wdbos reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation before a final decision on any refund is made.

11. Changes to Services

Wdbos reserves the right to modify, improve, temporarily suspend, or terminate any part of the platform's services at any time. This includes the addition or removal of game categories, user interface updates, changes to betting limits, and modifications to available payment methods.

For significant changes that directly affect member rights or experience, wdbos will provide at least 7 calendar days before changes take effect, via registered email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes full acceptance of that change.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where wdbos operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through wdbos's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to the relevant tribunal or court.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
